Hi Keld, please tell us about Office Collection.
Office Collection provides 3D interior design services for businesses, hotels, restaurants and residential. We decorate with furniture of our own design and production, and also with furniture from European and international manufacturers.

What sets you apart from others in your niche?
Our business model differs in that:

  • it is the same consultant from the first meeting until assembly is completed.
  • we provide total solutions including remodeling and replacement of the premises.
  • we draw the selected furniture using SketchUp.

How long have you been using SketchUp and IRender nXt?
I was introduced by chance to SketchUp by an acquaintance in 2005, and I later discovered IRender in 2015.

What do you like about IRender nXt?
I'm not into IT or otherwise interested in a deeper understanding of how images can be improved. Therefore, IRender fits my needs perfectly. I use the most accessible features and the results are usable in a short period of time.  I do not have time to dig into the many features the program offers, it works smoothly for me with just a few clicks.

Do you have any challenges working in SketchUp?
It is of great importance that I can import dwg files as all of my vendors draw in that format.  I often use pCon.planner to import files into SketchUp as it can convert to, and export in, skp format.

Let’s take a look at some of the renderings you’ve done with IRender nXt.
I have recently worked on some product development as well as decor of different characteristics.  As I said earlier, I’m able to produce renderings that meet my basic needs quickly and efficiently with IRender.

Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve your experience with IRender?
It would be good to see some introductory videos for IRender, including how I can use the camera better. There are many new features I don’t have time to familiarize myself, so would like to get a quick introduction to them via video.

Thanks, Keld!  You can see the tutorial videos we currently have available via this link on our site: videos.
