Berthold married Countess Heilika of Walbeck about 0949 while living in Walbeck, Saxony, Prussia. Countess Heilika was born about 0926, lived in Walbeck, Sachsen, Prussia. She was the daughter of Lothar of Walbeck. She died on 19 Aug 1015 .
