Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Count Siegfried de Luxembourg was born about 0918, lived in Luxembourg and died on 28 Oct 0998 . Count Siegfried - ruled Luxembourg 963-998 - House of the Ardennes. See de Luxembourg family for continuation of family line. ii.  Luitgard of Aachen was born about 0900. Luitgard married Count Adalbert of Metz. Count Adalbert was born about 0900. He died in 0944 . Count Gozelin of Biggau - was born about 0911 and died on 18 Oct 0943 . He was the son of Count Wigeric of Aachen and Cunigunde de Lorraine. Count Gozelin married Uda of Metz. Uda was born about 0910. She was the daughter of Count Gerhard of Metzgau and Uda of Saxony. She died on 7 Apr 0963 . Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Godfrey "the old" of Verdun was born in 0930/0935 and died after 3 Sep 1005 . See #3. below.

Godfrey "the old" of Verdun - was born in 0930/0935 and died after 3 Sep 1005 . He was the son of Count Gozelin of Biggau and Uda of Metz. Godfrey married Princess Mathilde of Saxony after 0962. Princess Mathilde was born about 0958, lived in Saxony. She was the daughter of Duke Herman Billung and Hildegard of Westerburg. She died on 25 May 1008 . Godfrey - was Count in Bidgau in the Methingau and of Verdun, Marquis of Antwerp and Eenam. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Duke Gozelon I de Lorraine was born about 0985 and died on 19 Apr 1044 . See #4. below. ii.  Count Frederick of Verdun was born about 0985 and died on 6 Jan 1022 . See #5. below.

Duke Gozelon I de Lorraine - was born about 0985 and died on 19 Apr 1044 . He was the son of Godfrey "the old" of Verdun and Princess Mathilde of Saxony. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Duke Godfrey IV de Lorraine was born about 1010 and died in 1069 . See #6. below. ii.  Oda de Lorraine was born about 0995. Oda married Lambert II of Louvain. He is the son of Count Lambert I of Louvain and Gerberga de Lorraine. See of Louvain family for children.

Count Frederick of Verdun - was born about 0985 and died on 6 Jan 1022 . He was the son of Godfrey "the old" of Verdun and Princess Mathilde of Saxony. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Sophia of Verdun was born about 1010 and died in 1078 . Sophia married Count Louis II of Chiny. Count Louis was born about 1010. He was the son of Count Louis I of Chiny. He died before 1066 . See Charlemagne family for children.

Duke Godfrey IV de Lorraine - was born about 1010 and died in 1069 . He was the son of Duke Gozelon I de Lorraine. Duke Godfrey married Ida (Dada). Ida was born about 1110. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Ida de Lorraine was born about 1035 and died on 13 Aug 1113 . Ida married Count Eustace II of Boulogne. Count Eustace was born about 1030. He was the son of Eustace I of Boulogne and Maud of Louvain. He died about 1080 . See of Boulogne family for children.
