Capt. Daniel Messenger - was born in 1683 and died in Shaftsbury, VT . He was the son of Samuel Messenger and Susanna Mills. Capt. Daniel married Lydia Royce on 20 Jan 1703 in Wallingford, CT. Lydia was born on 28 May 1680 in Wallingford, CT. She is the daughter of Nehemiah Royce. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Susannah Messenger was born on 20 Nov 1704 in Wallington, CT. Susannah married Ebenezer Hopkins Jr on 7 Jun 1727 in Hartford, CT. Ebenezer was born on 24 Jun 1699 in Hartford, CT. He is the son of Ebenezer Hopkins and Mary Butler.
