Alice married Woodrow Leon Bush on 20 Sep 1953 in Texas. Woodrow was born on 7 Jul 1931 in Indiana. He was the son of John Bush. He died on 26 Oct 1995 in Buckner, Jackson, Missouri and was buried on 27 Oct 1995 in Leavenworth National Cemetery. See Bush family for children.
