He was the son of Erik Magnus Andersson and Johanna Stina Svensdotter.
Johan married Jenny Josefina Carlsen on 8 Jun 1907. Jenny was born on 6 Dec 1884 in in Landskrona, Sweden. She was the daughter of Capt. Johan August Carlsen and Augusta Kristina Johanson. She died on 25 Aug 1950 in New Britain, CT . Johan - changed name to Erikson upon arrival USA

Oscar Walter Erikson - was born on 14 Feb 1909 in New Britain, Conn and died on 13 Feb 1986 in Indianapolis, Ind. .
He was the son of Johan Emil Eriksson and Jenny Josefina Carlsen.
Oscar married Dorothy Helen Ferguson on 23 Sep 1937. Dorothy was born on 19 Jul 1913 in Cincinnati, Oh. She was the daughter of Edward James Ferguson and Augusta Ignatius. She died on 22 Jun 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana . Dorothy - had an Aunt Helen Braun in Cincinnati., Had an Uncle Frank, a Cousin Walter Was in a hospital for tuberculosis about 1932. ""My maternal great-great grandmother emigrated here from Germany. Her husband was Baron von Vetsenstein. We didn't hear much about her bascause she fell in love with someone else, but the Baron let her have a divorce. Her husband played violin in the court." Jon Edward Erikson - was born on 7 Nov 1941 in Indianapolis, Ind. and died on 14 Sep 2005 in Denver, Colorado .
He was the son of Oscar Walter Erikson and Dorothy Helen Ferguson.
Jon married Susan May Kimball on 24 Aug 1963 in Indianapolis, Ind.. Susan was born on 2 Jun 1944 in Cheyenne, Wy. She is the daughter of Paul Earle Kimball and Dorothy Adams Johnston. Jon - occupation: Computer Programmer - Started out with IBM as a typewriter repair-person, worked with Cecil Effinger (the composer) for a while building musical typewriters, then returned to IBM where he became a programmer. Jon was big on Dog Sled racing in the late 1960's and early 1970's. Played the tuba and bass for many years, then later moved to a baritone horn. Attended Jordan School of Music in Indianapolis. Left IBM in 1992 to become a manager of Software Testing.

Robert James Erikson - was born on 17 Dec 1945 in Indianapolis, Ind..
He is the son of Oscar Walter Erikson and Dorothy Helen Ferguson.
Robert married Meg Elise Woods on 4 Aug 1973. Robert - occupation: Architect - graduated from Miami of Ohio in Architecture. Served two deployments in Vietnam. He was a recipient of the Navy Commendation Medal. 2010:: "Robert Erikson, AIA, CSI, is a Senior Associate with CSO Architects in Indianapolis, where he has worked for 21 years. He was President of the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 1980 and later served for nine years on the AIA Contract Documents Committee and for five years on the AIA Risk Management Committee." -Navy.jpg Photo from service in U.S. Navy
