1.	Robert Seigneur de Toni - was born before 0970 in Tosni, France and died about 1015 . Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Robert II de Todeni was born about 1033 in Belvoir, Leicestershire, England and died in 1088 and was buried in Chapel at Belvoir Castle . See #2. below.

Robert II de Todeni - also known as: de Toni - was born about 1033 in Belvoir, Leicestershire, England and died in 1088 and was buried in Chapel at Belvoir Castle . He was the son of Robert Seigneur de Toni. Robert married Adeliza. Robert - Belvoir Castle was begun by Robert de Todeni, who served as William the Conqueror's Standard Bearer during the Battle of Hastings. Probably, a motte castle was built at Belvoir no later than the 1080's, a structure that would have been quite typical of its day.   Robert de Todeni was also responsible for the construction of a priory adjacent to the castle, and was buried inside the chapel in 1088. Having been unearthed in the 18th century, Robert now rests inside the castle (still in his coffin!). Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Adeliza de Toni was born about 1072 and died after 1135 . Adeliza married Roger Bigod. Roger was born in 1060 in St. Saveur, Normandy, France. He was the son of Roger Bigod. He died Sep 1107 in Egersham, Norfolk, England . Robert de Todeni - was born about 1071. He is the son of Robert II de Todeni. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  William d'Albiny was born about 1064, lived in St. Sauveur, Manche, Normandie, France and died in 1139 . William - was son and heir of Robert de Todeni, lord of Belvoir, and is supposed to have been named de Aubigny (Albini) from his place of birth, and to have been distinguished by the addition 'Brito' from his namesake, the 'PINCERNA' , who belonged to a different family. He assisted in the victory of Tenchebray in 1106, and became high in favor with KING HENRY I. In 1130 he appears as an itinerant justice, and on HENRY's death he espoused the cause of his daughter. KING STEPHEN forfeited his lands, but subsequently restored them See d'Albiny family for continuation of family line.
