2.	Hugh de Lusignan VII - was born in 1106 in France. He is the son of Hugh de Lusignan VI and idlegaurde, Thouars. Hugh married Bourgonene de Rancon. Bourgonene was born in 1110 in France. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Hugh de Lusignan VIII was born in 1130. See #3. below.

3.	Hugh de Lusignan VIII - was born in 1130. He is the son of Hugh de Lusignan VII and Bourgonene de Rancon. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Hugh de Lusignan IX was born in 1163 in Limoges, France and died in 1219 in Damietta . See #4. below.

Hugh de Lusignan IX - was born in 1163 in Limoges, France and died in 1219 in Damietta . He was the son of Hugh de Lusignan VIII. Hugh married Mathilde Taillefer. Mathilde was born in 1158 in Angouleme, France. She died in 1233 . Hugh de Lusignan X - was born about 1183, lived in LUSIGNAN, Vienne, France and died in 1249 in Surrey, England . He was the son of Hugh de Lusignan IX and Mathilde Taillefer. Hugh married Queen Isabella of Angoulême Taillefer about 1217. Queen Isabella was born in 1188, lived in Beverley, Yorkshire, England. She was the daughter of William V Taillefer and Alex de Courrtenay. She died on 31 Mar 1245 in Fontevrault,Fontevrault l'Ab,Maine-et-Loire,France . Queen Isabella - - Queen of England Hugh - had 9 children. Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Alice de Lusignan was born about 1224, lived in LUSIGNAN, Vienne, France and died on 9 Feb 1261 in Warren, Sussex, England . Alice married Earl John Plantagenet de Warren in 1247 in Surrey, England. Earl John was born about 1231 in Warren, Sussex, England. He was the son of Earl William Plantagenet de Warenne and Countess Maud Marshall. He died on 27 Sep 1305 in Surrey, England . Hugh de Lusignan XI - was born in 1220, lived in Lusignan, Vienne, France and died in 1250 . He was the son of Hugh de Lusignan X and Queen Isabella of Angoulême Taillefer. Hugh married Yolande de Dreux in 1238. Yolande was born in 1218, lived in Dreux. She was the daughter of Pierre de Dreux and Alix de Thouars. She died on 10 Oct 1272 . Hugh - - Count of La Marche and Angouleme Children: (Quick Family Chart) i.  Alice de Lusignan was born about 1240 and died on 9 Feb 1291 in Warren, Sussex, England . Alice married Sir Gilbert "The Red Earl" de Clare in 1257. Sir Gilbert was born on 2 Sep 1243 in Hampshire, England. He was the son of Earl Richard de Clare and Maud de Lacy. He died on 7 Dec 1295 in Monmouthshire, England . See De Claire family for children.
